Rusty, One of our favorites

This 1963 Cub Cadet (Original) is just that, original, Our two seated daily driver. Rusty is usually the first one  in the trailer to go to a tractor show.

1960 Bolens Ride-a-Matic

This one has been in the family since the late 60’s. Our vary first restoration. The front mount Real Mower and a Snow Thrower were also restored by our son Mike. I helped with the paint.

Suzy 69 Cub Cadet 125 Hydro

Another very nice restoration  done by our son Mike. This was before I was infected by the tractor bug. He let me help with the paint on this one to.

A few more pictures of Rusty.

He may have  one, but Rusty rarely takes a back seat.

Wheel Horse Suburban 401

This one, A 1961 Suburban 401, Is another of my favorites. Behind is a home made wheel barrel dump cart. Soon to be painted red. Sandy has not missed the wheel barrel yet. Picked this one up at the Wheel Horse show in Pennsylvania.

1961 Cub Cadet Original

The year that started it all. The first model and year that IH began building the beloved Cub Cadet Garden Tractor. This was our first restoration after I got the tractor bug from Mike.

A 1967 Cub Cadet 102

Another restoration I enjoyed doing. A nice Dozer Blade on this one. Note the rubber seat, Originally white, Only the model 102 got it. A few more pictures to enjoy below.

I wish someone would clean up that shop.

You just can’t beat that Kohler engine.

For good looks and performance.

1964 Cub Cadet 100

Yet another project waiting in the wings. This 100 is loaded with options as well as a vary rare Danco RD 1000 Front End Loader. Took a trip to Ottawa in an ice storm to pickup this one.

57 Bolens Super Ride-A-Matic

A vary rare 1957 Bolens, The second year of production. The 1956 got a 4hp Briggs engine. In 57 they still had the 4hp Briggs model, but added the Super model that got a 6.5hp Kohler K161 engine. This little gem may just stay in its work clothes.

Yet another of our son Mike’s restorations, No one can say this beast does not pull it’s weight. Our grandson Brian at the wheel. Yes I am afraid to say it, I think he may have the tractor Bug too.

1974 Wheel Horse C 160

Defiantly one of the nicest  tractors I have ever driven. That 16hp Kohler is one smooth running engine. Note the custom Decals complements of our  Daughter Lindsey.

Our 1962 Wheel Horse 702

What can we say about our 702. This is deffinatly one I am vary proud of. It comes to us from the ( R&B Wheel Horse Stables ) in Forest Ont. This Tractor was restored by Roy and Betty over 20 years ago and It still looks like this. Check out their site.

The 1956 Wheel Horse RJ 35

Only the second year of production, This 1956 RJ-35 Ride Away Junior,  got the optional 4hp Clinton engine. I do not know how many were built but the Rj’s are a rare bread indeed. This one has been restored all but the red paint.

A 1969 Cub Cadet 124

This is another sweet Cub Cadet that got a good going over. 12hp Kohler engine with 3 speed gear drive rear end and a custom hood decal.

This is what it is really all about. The Tractor Shows.

A Cub Cadet 100

Well by now you must have noticed a theme here. Yes I do have a weak spot for these Cub Cadets. This one has a few modifications as well as a nice IH Dozer Blade.

A few shots of some tractors as they arrived.
